Applicant Insight will manage your Adverse Action requirements as mandated by the Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act. Certain consumer disclosures must be provided to individuals adversely affected by the content of a consumer report. This is a two-step process that mandates specific information be provided and timeframes observed for compliance with the law.
We provide processing of both Preliminary Adverse Action Notices and Final Adverse Action Notices in accordance with Company Policy. The following documents are included with these notices is the Applicant's copy of the employment screening report
In addition, we conduct all re-investigation required in the case of an applicant dispute. Re-investigations take place between the preliminary and final adverse action notices and are managed by our internal compliance department. |

Applicant Insight possesses a staff of courteous, knowledgeable Consumer Inquiry Representatives who will assist individuals who dispute information contained in the background check as provided by Ai. |

Several states mandate that the subject of a consumer report be allowed the opportunity to review information provided by a consumer reporting agency such as Applicant Insight. Consumers also have the right to inquire as to information maintained by Ai. Ai can help your organization stay compliant by providing copies when requested. |

Applicant Insight will provide a detailed review of your organization’s employment forms & processes. These may, at a minimum, include authorizations, employment applications and releases. |

Utilizing our state of the Art Applicant Processing Center and dedicated staff, Applicant Insight manages the screening process of all candidates from the point of initial offer through the final approval of background check, drug test, and clinical service. |

Applicant Insight will apply your pass/fail criteria to the results of the background screening. |
