Electronic Delivery
In conjunction with this document signature request and future document signature requests, aINSIGHT will send or provide you document notifications, records, notices, disclosures, acknowledgements, and other communications in electronic form and not printed on paper.

Optional Paper Copies
After electronically signing a document on the aINSIGHT systems, you may have the option to download and print a paper copy of the document, and no fee is charged for this copy. In addition, depending on the document, you may be able login to your account at any time to access and download your document for a limited time in the future. Prior to signing, aINSIGHT does not provide an option for you to receive the document in paper or non-electronic form. If you require non-electronic copies of documentation prior to signing or if you are unable to access an electronic document at any time, please contact aINSIGHT's Client Services Department at 800-245-2318 (US Residents), 00-1-866-863-8491 (India Residents) or via email at customerservice@ainsight.com to determine if assistance is available.

Providing or Withdrawing Consent for Electronic Delivery
You have the right to decline consent to receiving documents and records in electronic format. You may decline to receive this document by not proceeding, and you may decline to receive future documents and records electronically from aINSIGHT by contacting aINSIGHT's Client Services Department at 800-245-2318 (US Residents), 00-1-866-863-8491 (India Residents) or via email at customerservice@ainsight.com with your request. However, if you decline to receive documents and records in electronic format, as a consequence you may not be able to engage or conduct business with aINSIGHT or the affiliated business partner(s).

Changing Your Contact Information
To change the email address where you would like to receive electronic communications, contact aINSIGHT's Client Services Department at 800-245-2318 (US Residents), 00-1-866-863-8491 (India Residents) or via email at customerservice@ainsight.com. You will be required to present both the old and new email address, as well as additional personal information for account verification purposes.
